How do I Place an order?   We have four ways. To  order a new Acer Swing Trainer please go to the Indoor Swing Trainer and Outdoor Swing Trainer pages for checkout!  You may also order by using the Order Form, calling our phone number below or also by emailing Jim at support@owensgolfclubs.com

What kind of payments do you accept?  Payments are accepted at www.paypal.com and addressed to owensgolfclubs.com. PayPal has worked very smooth for us and allows us to ship sooner.  We accept payment on our site or by paypal, cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks.

How soon do you ship?  We ship most orders within three business days via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground from Platte Center, Nebraska.  Most orders will be delivered in 2-3 working days from shipment.

Do you do custom orders?  On customer request we will assemble swing trainers with different weights, grips and lengths.  There may be an added charge depending on the time needed for the assembly.  We maintain Golf Pride, Winn and Lamkin golf grips in stock and those grips can be assembled for a minimal charge.  These are not trainer grips but regular men's and ladies grips.

Where are swing Trainers Made?  Acer golf weighted swing trainers are made in the USA at Platte Center near Columbus, Nebraska.  All swing trainers are assembled by a veteran master club designer with 23 years of club building and swing trainer experience.  Extreme care is made in the machining of all parts to ensure highest quality. 

Do you have warranty or refund policy? Components and clubs have a one year warranty on materials and workmanship.  Warranty does not apply to abuse of clubs.  Clubs may be returned for full refund if unplayed and unhit within 14 days of receipt. Customer must return clubs to Owens Golf prior to refund being issued.  Product returns are to be mailed to Owens Enterprise 1004 Debremond Dr. Roswell, NM 88201.
